    • Please allow 1 day for payments to be processed 
    •    Shipping time is Monday - Friday this excludes the weekends and holidays

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

•SeiaLuxxBoutique LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please note that there is no refund for lost/stolen packages nor will orders be replaced. Once the packages have been received by the shipping company. We have no control over its whereabouts.
• All packages have a tracking number. FEDEX system is constantly being updated throughout the delivery process. You may visit their website and enter your tracking number to view the whereabouts of your package.


Return Policy

Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product, SeiaLuxxBoutique LLC currently does not accept returns. The only exception to this is receipt of an incorrect order. We are proud of the high quality wigs and extensions that we offer and thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality.
There are a few exceptions to this policy please read below to see if you meet the criterion. Before using your new wig or hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We highly recommend you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the lace or hair or tampering with the unit/bundles in any way.
